Certified Field Training Program



To qualify here's how it works:

  1. Advance to Manager level (or above) and attend a Fast Start to Success class or qualify by successfully completing the Certified Field Training program in 45 days. (Recruit 3 new associates with memberships within your first 45 days and you will skip over the Associate and Senior Associate positions advancing to the Manager Level). 

  2. Recruit a new frontline Associate with membership and complete the Certified Field Training Agreement. Note, Field Trainer commissions will not be paid for placed Associates.

  3. Work with your new Associate to prepare a list of your new Associate's contacts.

  4. Go with your new Associate and, using the company approved materials and sales brochures, make recruiting and membership presentations in their presence with their contacts.

  5. Make at least three such presentations. The Certified Field Trainer is eligible for Certified Field Trainer commissions only after the new frontline Associate has enrolled three new frontline recruits, each with a membership, within the 45 day time frame.

The new Associate will receive Associate level commisions and the qualified Certified Field Trainer will receive a bonus commission on the first three membership sales in addition to the applicable overrides. For example, on the $26 family plan, the new Associate will receive $50 on each of the first three sales and the qualified Certified Field Trainer will receive $75 on each of the first three sales provided the new Associate meets the qualifications to become a Certified Field Trainer within the 45 day time frame. (With 3 new recruits each with a membership, your new Associate is now a manager and eligible to begin the same program.)

A new manager following this program can make total commissions of up to $691.39:

And, of course, the commissions continue to increase as the new Associate advances through the compensation plan and continues to follow this program.

An Executive Director following this program can make total commissions of up to $1009.40:

Amounts shown are representative of commissions on the $26 family plan and the family plan with the identity theft plan. Commissions will be pro-rated for all other plans. Memberships sold by Associates participating in this program are still subject to applicable licensing requirements.
